How fast will I get my videos?+
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for your first draft. For larger projects or unexpected delays, we'll proactively communicate any timeline updates.
Can I give feedback during editing?+
Yes. You'll have a dedicated Project Manager who coordinates directly with your editor, simply share your feedback or changes with them, and they'll take care of it.
What if I don't like my editor?+
If there's no creative sync after 1 to 3 revision rounds, just let your Project Manager know and we'll switch you to a different editor internally, or issue a refund if you prefer. Your Project Manager keeps track of what's working for your account, so future projects get matched accordingly.
How do I send my footage?+
We recommend Google Drive or Dropbox for reliable, global download speeds. This helps our editors access your files quickly and without interruptions. Please avoid WeTransfer, OneDrive, or home NAS systems, as they can cause download issues and delays. For footage over 100GB or 4K and above, providing proxies will help speed up turnaround time.
What types of videos can you edit?+
